DESCRIPTION:Venture Outdoors\, in conjunction with the Rachel Carson Trail
 s Conservancy\, has planned a maintenance day on the Rachel Carson Trail i
 n preparation for the 34 mile Rachel Carson Trail Challenge. The upcoming 
 Challenge will be the 10th anniversary\, so let's put the trail in the bes
 t shape it's ever been. Tasks include painting blazes\, pruning branches\,
  cutting limbs\, removing fallen trees\, and clearing undergrowth. If you 
 have your own tools\, please bring them as we may not have enough to go ar
 ound.\n\nTools to bring: BOW SAWS OR PRUNING SAWS\, long handle LOPPERS\, 
 WEED WHIPS\, MACHETE\, and the old manual HEDGE TRIMMER. A pick and shovel
  could come in handy.\n\nPlease let Don know you'll be attending.
